Some people have generalized anxiety disorder where they are worried about everyday situations. Others have social anxiety disorder where they get nervous in public or in social situations. Other examples are separation anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and more. You could even have difficulty concentrating, which is a common symptom of anxiety.

      Anxiety disorders are common and can range from mild to severe. There are physical symptoms as well, such as shakes, trouble breathing, blurred vision, and more.
