Woden’s Day, Thor’s Day. Frigg’s Day. Three days of the week are named after Norse gods/goddesses. You can find out which one you are on any day, at any time! Are you fit to wield Thor’s mighty hammer? Perhaps you’re capable of taking the responsibility of the entire nine realms on your broad shoulders like his father Odin. If you prefer to break the rules instead of following them, Loki is your go-to god. If you’d rather make love than war or pranks, Freyja suits your nurturing needs.
You won’t have to stand before these gods to find which one fits your personality. You’ll answer questions about how YOU would handle godhood. Sounds intimidating but interesting, right? Whether you’d rather have Asgard in order or be a hot holy mess, this quiz is a judgment-free zone. All we’ll weigh is which of the Norse gods and goddesses matches you!
May the right god be with you!
Norse God
Odin leads the Norse deities as the most powerful god. Thor, Baldr, Víðarr, and Váli are Odin's sons and oftentimes main characters. Their mother Frigg (the goddess of marriage) is Odin's wife. The trickster god Loki connived his way into the family tree as Odin's blood brother. Tales of Norse gods come from the alternative religious beliefs paganists practiced in the Scandinavian Peninsula, where Norway (hence Norse), Sweden, and Finland reside.
Acclaimed writer Neil Gaiman's folklore books, the video game God of War, and Marvel's interpretation of Asgard heroes (particularly Thor) depicted in comic books and movies rejuvenated interest in Norse mythology legends today.
