If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. The Big Apple is one of the world’s most cherished cities, and it’s easy to see why. You can find anything here, from Broadway plays to underground raves, from glitzy Michelin-starred restaurants to Mom and Pop diners, from gorgeous A-list celebrities to some ugly bum taking a dump on the subway. In plain sight of everyone. Seriously, I’ve seen it happen. So while New Yorkers may not be the friendliest people in the world, in some ways they are the most open-minded. You should fit right in.
