Identify The Walking Dead Character’s First Line of Dialogue
The Walking Dead is a TV series about the zombie apocalypse that follows the stories of different groups of people throughout a post-apocalyptic world. The characters are what sets The Walking Dead apart from other zombie apocalypse shows. Rick’s group, featuring the main character Rick Grimes and his most trusted friends and family members, is the main group on the show. The series follows as they travel throughout the country meeting new people who wind up joining Rick’s group or opposing them, causing a war to break out.
But it wasn’t until the show’s second season that everything changed and it would become a worldwide hit. Shane Walsh, Rick Grimes’ best friend and former police officer partner, ends up starting to compete with Rick to become the group’s leader, which sent him down a dark path. When Shane killed Otis, he lied about it to the group until Rick eventually confronts him about it, forcing a decision that would define the rest of the series.
Let’s go back to where it all began, long before Shane kills Randall or Negan brutally murders Glenn, and recall some of our favorite characters’ first lines of dialogue on The Walking Dead.
The Walking Dead Character
The Walking Dead characters are the entire reason for the success of the show. Rick Grimes leads a group of trusted friends and family members as they try to survive a zombie apocalypse by recruiting others to join Rick's group and fighting off the ones that do not. The world is full of people that are evil and try to recruit Rick's group to help grow their army.
But even when Rick pleads to his group, which often worries Rick and sometimes even breaks him, they help him see right from wrong. Even though the last few seasons have not featured Rick Grimes, the show has still managed to rely on the other Walking Dead characters to carry the show to its conclusion.
