Bad habits
Bad habits are things that you tend to do that may not necessarily be the best for you. You may be stuck up on an ex and constantly look at their social media profiles. Maybe you chew with your mouth open. Maybe overeating is your bad habit. You may not be able to fall asleep because you log too much screen time.
All of these things can be changed. You just need to figure out the best way to get help for them. Anybody can have bad habits. But you just can't let them overtake your life. Finding self-control to stop them is key.
If you think you're sitting too much each day and need to get more exercise, maybe just put on some songs and dance to a new album to get moving. Maybe instead of eating snacks without thinking, you take a look at what you're eating and decide to enjoy more proteins and carbs to fill yourself up.
Humans make mistakes. It's a part of our nature. It's okay that it might happen to you. But the key is to recognize the behaviors that aren't helping you and change them.
